Job Summary Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards. Responsibilities * Provide comprehensive physical therapy services in both inpatient and outpatient settings. * Develop individualized care plans based on assessment findings and patient goals. * Utilize treatment techniques to promote mobility, reduce pain, and restore function. * Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes and self-care techniques. * Maintain accurate patient records using ReDoc/NetHealth and MedHost systems. * Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes. Qualifications * Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Mexico or pending licensure. * Minimum of 2+ years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. * Active BLS certification is required. * Ability to work scheduled shifts, including one Saturday per month in a hospital setting. * Proficiency with EMR systems including ReDoc/NetHealth, MedHost. * Ability to pass fingerprinting requirements for New Mexico travel assignments.
