Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist certification and relevant state licensure
• Strong background in behavioral and counseling support
• Experience with trauma-informed practices, PBIS, or MTSS preferred
• Familiarity with FBAs, BIPs, and psychoeducational assessments
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with students, families, and educational teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and small-group counseling
• Conduct psychoeducational and behavioral evaluations
• Complete Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs)
• Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Support MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) implementation
• Consult with teachers and families to ensure student success
• Participate in IEP and Section 504 meetings
• Assist with crisis response and safety planning
• Develop transition plans for students returning to their home schools
