Job Description

Lead field operations for ground-up data center, industrial, and PEMB construction projects. Manage subcontractors, site logistics, schedules, safety, and quality standards. Coordinate daily activities to ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope. Partner with Project Managers, clients, and trade partners to resolve field challenges. Travel to project sites nationwide while maintaining overall site leadership.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Traveling Superintendent should have: 4-8 years of Superintendent experience in commercial or industrial construction. Background in data centers, light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or PEMB projects. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proven ability to manage subcontractors and drive project schedules. Motivated, team-oriented professional seeking long-term growth.

What's On Offer

Salary: $100,000-$150,000 base salary + bonus 10% annual bonus plus 1.5x salary while assigned to travel projects. Company truck or $600/month vehicle allowance with fuel card. 40-50 hour workweek culture with strong career growth opportunities.
