Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Full-service restaurant experience required; casual fine dining experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead busy shifts while maintaining high service standards.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-development skills.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong understanding of labor, scheduling, and daily restaurant operations.

Requirements

• Lead daily front-of-house operations with a hands-on management style.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing service team.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience while maintaining high hospitality standards.
• Manage labor, scheduling, and daily financial performance.
• Partner closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless service execution.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture built on accountability and respect.
• Ability to lead and manage busy dinner services while maintaining a strong presence on the floor.
• Must be available to work a dinner-focused schedule.

Compensation

• $65,000$75,000 base salary
• Performance-based bonus potential of $7K+
