Who We're Looking For

Experience as a PCA, DSP, HHA, CNA, caregiver, direct care worker, or similar role is welcome. We're looking for reliable, compassionate professionals who can provide dependable in-home support and commit to one or more of the schedules listed above.

Education & Career Advancement

Eligible direct-care employees may have access to scholarship support through the Minnesota Department of Health HCBS Employee Scholarship Program.

Qualified team members may receive assistance with approved educational expenses while pursuing CNA, LPN, or RN training that supports career advancement in home and community-based care.

To be eligible, employees must work in a direct-care role for an average of at least 10 hours per week and meet program requirements. Scholarship funding is limited and awarded based on eligibility, available funds, and approved educational costs.
