Role: Veterinary Receptionist Status: Part-time Salary: $20.00 $23.00 per hour Schedule: Monday through Friday, 2pm 7pm

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Do

• Create a welcoming and compassionate experience for clients and their pets
• Serve as an important connection between clients and the veterinary medical team
• Greet clients and patients and help support an efficient check-in and check-out experience
• Assist with appointment scheduling and help keep the hospital's daily schedule organized
• Answer phones and communicate professionally and compassionately with clients
• Help maintain accurate client and patient information
• Support client education and communication throughout the veterinary visit
• Collaborate with teammates to keep hospital operations running smoothly
