Your Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit healthcare candidates via our exclusive platform combined with your own connections
• Engage with potential candidates to present MLR's opportunities and assess their interest
• Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruitment team for in-depth screening
• Maintain communication with leads to sustain interest throughout the hiring process
• Accurately input and update records in our applicant management system
• Earn commissions from the number of meetings arranged, interviews conducted, and hires achieved from your leads

Compensation Structure

This is a commission-only position, entirely based on your performance and achievements. Your earnings have no limitsyour success is in your hands.

• Commission for each qualified meeting that you schedule
