Snelling is currently seeking dependable Warehouse Associates with Reach Truck experience for a well-established distribution client in Louisville, KY. These positions are responsible for handling the back-end of the warehouse process, including picking, packing, staging, and loading outgoing shipments to ensure accurate and timely delivery to customers.

Key responsibilities include accurately picking and packing customer orders according to shipping requirements. Stage and prepare orders for shipment, verifying quantities and product accuracy. Load outbound trucks safely and efficiently while following proper load sequencing. Operate pallet jacks, forklift, reach trucks, cherry pickers and other warehouse equipment to move materials. Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation. Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe and efficient environment.

Requirements include Reach Truck Operation. Prior experience in outbound shipping, order picking/packing, or warehouse operations preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate pallet jacks. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment. Punctual, team-oriented, and positive attitude.
