Job DescriptionHybrid (Field/Remote) Worker's Compensation Case Manager, RN

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Hybrid (Field/Remote) Worker's Compensation Case Manager, RN in New York to join an emerging company with a mission focused on helping injured workers recover faster and return to work safely.

This role is ideal for a RN looking use their clinical expertise in a collaborative, non-bedside role focused on recovery, return-to-work, and patient advocacy. Pay Details: $90,000 - $115,000+ a year (based on experience, additional flexibility for the right background)

Schedule: Monday - Friday | Flexible between 7a-5p

Daily Responsibilities

• Coordinate care between medical providers, employers, insurance carriers, and injured workers
• Attend appointments with the injured workers, which may include visiting employers and injured workers at their place of employment
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of New York
• 1 year of field-based RN experience
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance with ability to travel to appointments
