1:1 Pediatric Home Health LPN - New Grads Welcome $25 hourly

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be called to care when you're needed most. As part of Interim HealthCare, you'll provide one-on-one pediatric nursing care in the comfort of a patient's home, helping support their health, safety, and development.

Position Details:

• 1:1 Pediatric Home Health – school-age patient.

• Location: Lewis Center, OH 43035.

• Pay: $25.00 per hour.

• New graduates welcome!

• Thursday & Friday: 3:30 PM–8:00 PM (latest).

• Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will:

• Provide one-on-one pediatric nursing care in the patient's home according to the provider's prescribed plan of care and nursing scope of practice.

• Monitor the patient's health, condition, and overall well-being, documenting observations and reporting changes as needed.

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and within the LPN scope of practice.

• Assist with age-appropriate daily care needs while promoting the patient's comfort, safety, and independence.

• Monitor for signs of illness, infection, or changes in condition and communicate concerns to the appropriate healthcare team members.

• Collaborate with providers, caregivers, and family members to support exceptional patient outcomes.

• Provide compassionate, individualized care while building a positive and trusting relationship with the patient and family.

To qualify for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position with us, you will need:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited practical (vocational) nursing program.

• Licensure: Current, unrestricted LPN license in the state associated with this position.

• Experience: New graduates are welcome to apply!

• Certification: Current CPR/BLS certification.

• Reliable transportation to and from patient homes.
