Machine Operator Opportunity

Enjoy 3-day weekends with this exciting new opportunity! Doherty Staffing Solutions is currently partnering with a leading supplier in pallet manufacturing and lumber processing located in Menahga, MN. We are seeking candidates for Machine Operator roles on the 1st shift, from 6:00am-4:30pm, Monday through Thursday. Compensation for these temp-to-hire opportunities is $18.00 per hour.

What you will do as a Machine Operator:

• Efficiently handle lumber
• Operate machinery
• Conduct regular inspections of lumber and finished products
• Maintain a clean work environment for yourself and others
• Monitor machinery and troubleshoot any issues
• Ensure correct unit quantities

What you need to be a Machine Operator:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and interpret a tape measure
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
• Previous manufacturing experience a plus
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
