ACCOUNT SERVICES INTERNSHIP Job Overview: Our highly competitive internship program provides candidates with the opportunity to gain the best hands-on experience that banking has to offer. Fidelity Bank offers real-world opportunities to work in the Account Services department. The paid internship program will be completed over a 16-week period scheduled to work 20 hours per week. The candidate for this position will be responsible for: * Assisting with repetitive daily tasks completing procedures for the daily tasks learned * Assisting with cleaning up projects with time sensitive deadlines * Researching and conducting system maintenance * Processing incoming mail requests * Attending meetings Requirements for the position include: * A high school diploma (or equivalent) * Strong customer service skills * Excellent problem solving skills * Organizational and time management skills * Strong attention to detail * Basic computer skills and ten key EEO/Veterans/Disabled by Jobble
