Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, cash flow, and banking relationships Oversee monthly and year-end close processes, journal entries, and financial statement preparation Coordinate with external CPA firm on annual audits and tax-related activities Ensure payroll transactions are accurately processed and recorded through third-party providers Partner with sales tax vendors and monitor multi-state sales tax nexus compliance

Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:

5-10 years of Accounting Manager experience Experience working with external CPA firms on audits and tax matters Proficiency with QuickBooks, CRM systems, and advanced spreadsheet reporting Experience managing accounting operations, banking activities, and financial reporting
