Advanced Practice Provider - APP - Emergency Medicine

SSM Health is seeking a PRN Physician Assistant to join the Emergency Medicine team at SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. Provide high-acuity care in a collaborative environment where timely clinical decisions support patient safety, emergency department throughput, and an exceptional patient experience.

Practice Highlights:

• Setting: High-acuity emergency department serving patients with a wide range of urgent and complex medical conditions

• Schedule: PRN position with variable shifts

• Team: Collaborative practice with emergency medicine physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary clinical teams

• Impact: Help maintain timely provider coverage during open shifts, unanticipated absences, and periods of increased patient volume

Qualifications & Requirements

• Graduate degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program

• Current or eligible Missouri licensure appropriate to the provider role

• Current Basic Life Support and Advanced Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
