Pay: $40/hour, with opportunities to unlock higher pay rates based on progression and performance. (No max hours; no min hours)

Healthcare Operations experts evaluate and improve AI-generated responses on healthcare operations topics and author expert-level, source-grounded work product used to train AI. There is no patient care, no shift work, and no on-call. The work is long-form, self-directed, and fully remote.

First Step: Unpaid 1-2 hour assessment

If assessment is passed then potential offer.

Experience/Requirements:

• Substantive healthcare-operations/Provider experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Strong written communication; comfortable working independently and fully remote.
• General familiarity with AI/LLM tools (user-level is fine)
