Instrument Technician (Allied)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Instrument Technician with expertise in managing and reprocessing surgical instruments. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience within the specialty and possess HSPA certification, if available.

Responsibilities

• Reprocess surgical instruments in accordance with established protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with surgical teams to ensure the availability of instruments as needed.

Schedule

This position operates from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Holiday Expectations

Candidates must be available to work on two major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day) and one minor holiday (the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related specialty.
• Preferred: HSPA Certification.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
