Sales Advisor

In H&M, as a Sales Advisor you will advise our customers and keep them fashionable. A Sales Advisor, as it is internally referred to, is responsible for providing the best customer experience that contributes to the sales and profits of the store. As a Sales Advisor, you will always prioritize customers, offer advice and share your knowledge about products and fashion. You will create an environment that facilitates the purchases of our customers through the operations of the store and great care of the clothes.

By sharing knowledge and skills with your colleagues, you will actively contribute to creating the best team to meet the expectations of our customers.

Day to Day:

• Greet and actively interact with our customers in the service areas and on the sales floor to offer the best customer experience.
• Support the maintenance of a clean and orderly sales floor to ensure a positive shopping experience, including folding, hanging, displaying and marketing garments according to H&M guidelines to maximize sales opportunities.
• Process, store and actively replenish garments in the sales room and warehouse.
• Unload the delivery truck, receive, open and unpack the merchandise, label the merchandise and alarm according to H&M policies.
• Cash register and fitting room management, ensuring the routines indicated for each area.
• Share your knowledge and skills with your colleagues, offering help when necessary to create a positive work environment.
• Work according to H&M standards and local legislation on health and safety to ensure your safety, that of your colleagues and that of the customers at all times.
• Follow all procedures and routines related to safety and administrative processes in all areas of the store.
