Assistant Nurse Manager, Medical-Surgical Telemetry

Kaiser Permanente seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager for our Med/Tele unit. In partnership with the Nurse Manager, you’ll coordinate daily clinical operations, supervise nursing staff, and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. You will support evidence-based practice, monitor patient safety metrics, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. This role includes staff scheduling, coaching, and participation in quality improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong clinical Med/Tele expertise with leadership skills and a commitment to continuous improvement and compassionate care.
