Assistant Nurse Manager, Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)

Kaiser Permanente is hiring an Assistant Nurse Manager for our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). In partnership with the Nurse Manager, you will support daily clinical operations, coordinate staffing, and ensure evidence-based, family-centered care for critically ill children. You will mentor and coach bedside nurses, support onboarding and ongoing competencies, and promote a culture of safety, collaboration, and continual improvement. The role includes participation in quality improvement initiatives, interdisciplinary rounds, and close coordination with physicians and ancillary teams to optimize outcomes and patient experience.
