• National Litigation Platform: Represent businesses, entrepreneurs and individuals in state and federal disputes across the country.
• High-Profile Matters: The firm has built a reputation around complex and often media-sensitive litigation involving business disputes, constitutional rights, government action, defamation and regulatory issues.
• Lean Case Teams: Associates play visible roles in significant matters rather than operating several layers removed from strategy and clients.
• Broader Than Commercial Litigation: Gain exposure across corporate disputes, public law, administrative proceedings, government investigations and appellate matters.

The Role

• Own Key Workstreams: Manage cases and substantive litigation components with increasing independence.
• Full Litigation Exposure: Draft pleadings and dispositive motions, manage discovery, participate in depositions, hearings, mediations and strategy sessions.
• Direct Client Contact: Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel and, where relevant, regulators.
• High-Impact Work: Matters can involve expedited proceedings, injunctions, regulatory exposure and significant commercial or reputational consequences.
