The Dealership Salesman will be responsible for showcasing and selling vehicles to potential customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales./ppCompetitive Pay/ppHealth Insurance/ppPTO/pp401(K)/ppGreet and engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner./ppUnderstand customers automotive needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles/ppGuide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery./ppNegotiate and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction/ppStay updated on the specifications, features, and benefits of the vehicles in the dealership/ppMeet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the dealership./ppParticipate in sales training programs to enhance selling skills/ppOther duties assigned/ppExperience as a Salesman or in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry./ppStrong understanding of sales principles and customer service./ppExcellent communication and interpersonal skills./ppResults-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets./ppAbility to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment./ppBasic computer skills for managing customer information and sales transactions./ppValid drivers license./ppMust pass pre-employment background screenings/ppWith 20 automotive and powersports franchises and over 1,500 employees, CAPITAL is more than a company its a community.
