In this role, you will engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide them with the best vehicle options suited to their preferences. Responsibilities

Build rapport with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.

Educate customers on vehicle features, benefits, and financing options.

Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact to vehicle delivery.

Maintain knowledge of the latest Ford vehicles and competitor models.

Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure complete satisfaction and encourage referrals.

Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Participate in ongoing training and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
