Branch Manager, Electrical Testing & Maintenance

Branch Leadership Role

This is a branch leadership role with full P&L ownership. You'll lead a NETA testing and maintenance branch outside Nashville, and you'll own its growth, profit, safety and customer relationships.

What You'll Do

Own the branch P&L: revenue, margin, labor use and job costing.

Schedule and develop a team of field techs, and coordinate large jobs with sister branches.

Walk jobs, build and review quotes, and grow key accounts.

Audit test reports and field work for quality and safety.

Hire, train and coach techs up through NETA levels.

Travel: up to 50%

What You Bring

NETA Level III or IV certification, and a background as a hands-on field tech.

5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance, including supervisory or branch-level leadership.

Proven P&L or job profitability experience.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends and emergencies, and to travel as needed.

Pay & benefits: $125K$160K base plus up to 15% bonus. Full benefits, 401(k) match and a company vehicle.
