- Experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant, or Similar Role in Technology or Government — Required — 5 years
- Business Analysis and Problem-Solving Experience in a consultative or project setting — Required — 5 years

- Strong Technical, Written, and Oral Communication Skills with technical, data, business, project management, and leadership audiences — Required — 5 years
