About the Opportunity

We are seeking a results-driven Business Developer to grow our presence across North Carolina and Virginia. This role focuses on generating new business, building client relationships, and delivering solutions that meet customer needs.

What You'll Do

Drive new business: Identify prospects and build a qualified pipeline through outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events.

Build relationships: Develop trusted client partnerships and provide responsive, solutions-focused service.

Collaborate and report: Partner with internal teams, maintain accurate CRM activity, and track results.

What We're Looking For

Experience in business development, sales, account management, or a related field.

Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

Ability to travel throughout North Carolina and Virginia.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant industry experience preferred.
