Where We Need You:

Our Business Performance Improvement solution is seeking a Senior Manager to join our growing team.

What You Can Expect:

As a Senior Manager, you'll partner with our clients to identify and manage finance transformation opportunities. You'll develop strategies to solve complex business problems using new ways of thinking, and enabling the latest technologies including AI and Machine Learning. You'll develop lasting relationships with client personnel and further these relationships through quality delivery. You'll foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market. You will also be a mentor and provide performance development to teams as you oversee the successful completion of project work plans.

• Finance strategy development and processes improvement

• Successfully pursuing business development opportunities and identifying and implementing strategies to obtain new work or clientele.

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline (e.g., Accounting/Finance); Graduate degree preferred
• 7+ years relevant prior FP&A and/or Corporate Finance experience; prior consulting experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on OneStream, Adaptive, Anaplan, SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud), and/or Oracle EPM/BPCS
