Cardiac Telemetry Registered Nurse

Provides direct nursing care on a cardiothoracic and cardiology unit, assessing patient needs and developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans. Collaborates with patients, families, and the interprofessional team, promotes safety and quality, and educates patients and families on illness management, medication administration, and care after discharge.
