CardioThoracic Surgical Physician Assistant

WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a qualified professional to join our team in a dynamic role that involves assisting in inpatient, surgical, and outpatient care. This position is integral to providing high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in inpatient, surgical, and outpatient care.
• Perform diagnoses, order medications/diagnostics, and implement therapeutic measures.
• Serve as First Assist in the Operating Room, with vessel harvesting experience preferred.
• Work schedule is 3 days a week, each shift lasting 12.5 hours, from Monday to Friday.
• Be available for limited call duties.

Requirements

• Must be Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC).
• At least 1 year of experience as an OR provider or in a similar role.
• Ideal experience in Cardiothoracic (CT) surgery.
• Immediate need for the position; must have a New York license.
• Located in Nassau County - Commutable from Queens, Brooklyn, or Nassau/Suffolk County.
