Job Description: We are currently hiring an experienced, compassionate, and dependable Caregiver for our Lawrenceville, Georgia location. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping others, providing quality care, and making a positive difference in clients' lives. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of caregiving experience, a caring attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing safe and respectful care.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the client with meal preparation and eating as needed.
• Assist with showering, dressing, toileting, and changing adult undergarments.
• Provide medication reminders according to the care plan.
• Assist with transfers and walking, taking extra precautions due to fall risk.
• Provide support with mobility, as the client has left-sided weakness from a stroke that affects her balance, ambulation, and transfers.
• Change bed linens and make the bed.
• Perform light housekeeping, including cleaning the bathroom, vacuuming, doing laundry, and emptying trash.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment while treating the client with dignity, patience, and respect.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of caregiving experience is required.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Compassionate and patient, with a genuine desire to help others.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and care plans.
• Must meet applicable background check and hiring requirements.
• Driver's License

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
