Catering Sales Assistant

We are hiring immediately for a full time CATERING SALES ASSISTANT position. Location: Mazzone Hospitality - 743 Pierce Road, Clifton Park, NY 12065. Note: online applications accepted only. Schedule: Full time; Monday through Sunday, hours may vary. Holiday and weekend availability is required. More details upon interview. Requirement: Previous catering experience is preferred. Coordinate and plan catering and culinary sales opportunities, working closely with clients and operations teams to develop menus, proposals, pricing, and event details. Manage client communications and event logistics from initial inquiry through execution, ensuring a seamless experience and alignment with culinary capabilities. Support sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and creating customized catering solutions based on client needs and budgets. Pay Range: $22.00 per hour to $24.00 per hour. Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available
