Yzer Fleet LLC is hiring CDL A Dedicated Local Dry Van Floater Drivers in Jeffersonville, OH. Drivers will be spending 75% of their time covering dedicated line haul routes and 25% of their time moving trailers in the yard and moving equipment to and from service locations. Drivers will be hauling pharmaceuticals and can expect steady & consistent, year-round work.Compensation * Starting hourly pay rate: $30 * 40 hours per week guaranteed when reporting 5 days * Overtime pay after 40 worked hours * Paid via direct deposit weekly Benefits & Perks * Great company benefits starting after 90 days employed: * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * Life insurance * Short & long term disability insurance * 401K - company match starting in 2027! * 6 Paid company holidays * Floating holidays: Accrue up to 16 hours per year * Paid vacation: Accrue up to 40 hours per year, available to use after 90 days employed, * Increases based on tenure up to 80 hours per year * Paid sick time: Accrue up to 40 hours per year * Paid training and paid orientation Home Time, Route, & Schedule * Home time: Home daily * Schedule: Sunday - Thursday * Shift: Start times vary between 9:30pm - 1:00am * Drivers will assist with moving trailers in customers yard, & taking equipment to & from service locations * Round-trip dedicated routes: Cleveland OH/Columbus OH, Jeffersonville IN, Louisville KY, Nashville TN * Most deliveries are no touch, but some will be a driver unload with a liftgate, manual or electric pallet jack, and will include scanning boxes Equipment * 2023 & Newer Freightliner Trucks * 53' & 26' dry van trailers * Automatic transmission * Outward & inward facing cameras * ELD equipped using Samsara system * Governed speed: 72Qualifications * Must be at least 21 years of age * Must have CDL A license * Must have a minimum of 3 years verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience * No major violations, DUIs, or preventable accidents in the past 3-5 years * Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations * Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen & background check * Hiring Radius: Drivers preferred within 40 miles of Jeffersonville, OH or be willing to relocate for this position
