Your starting rate reflects your driving history. * Hourly pay range: $26 - $29 * Average weekly hours: 50+ * Overtime pay after 50 hours * Additional $2 per hour shift differential pay if working the off shift * Bonuses: * $2,000 Driver referral bonus: Paid $1,000 at hire, and $1,000 at 6 months employed * $100 Driver lead referral bonus for qualified drivers * Paid via direct deposit weeklyBenefits & Perks * Great company benefits starting after 90 days employed: * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * Company paid life insurance * Company paid short term disability insurance * 401K with 100% company match (Contribute immediately, match starts at 6 months) * 9 Paid Company Holidays * Paid Time Off: 40 hours starting immediately, 9 days after 1 year * Paid orientation * Boot reimbursement programHome Time, Route, & Schedule * Home Time: Home daily & home weekends! * Schedule: Monday - Friday * Shift: Multiple shifts available * Route: Within a 250 mile radius of Morton, IL * Level of Touch: No touch freightEquipment * 2023 & Newer Freightliner Trucks * 2-3 year replacement cycle * All trucks are automatic transmission * Governed speed: 68 on the pedal and 70 on cruise * ELD equipped with Samsara system * Forward facing cameraQualifications * Must be at least 23 years of age * Must have CDL A license * Must have a minimum of 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience * No more than two moving violations in the past 24 months * No more than two or more preventable/at fault accidents in the past 24 months in any vehicle * No more than one DOT preventable/at fault accident in the past 24 months in a CMV * No DUI/DWIs or license suspensions in last 3 years * No reckless driving convictions in any vehicle within the previous 24 months * No failures or refusals of drug/alcohol tests * Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations * Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen * Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 40 miles of Morton, IL or be willing to relocate for this position G&D Integrated has a rich history that dates to the early 1880's, when freight was being delivered with horse-drawn wagons.
