Key Responsibilities:

• Assist occupational therapists in implementing individualized education program (IEP) goals for students
• Support students in developing fine motor, sensory processing, and functional life skills
• Maintain detailed and accurate intervention records and progress reports
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to ensure therapy goals are integrated within classroom activities
• Promote a positive, safe, and encouraging therapy experience for every student
• Engage in ongoing professional development and staff meetings as required
