Our client, a leading organization in innovative transportation solutions, is seeking a Charging Attendants to join their team. As a Charging Attendants, you will be part of the operations team supporting vehicle management and customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to safety and efficiency, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Austin, TX

Pay Range: $17

Shift: 10pm-6am, Work Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, off Wednesday and Thursday, work Friday and Saturday

What's the Job?

• Checking in & out of shifts onsite using designated Tesla platform
• Completing onboarding & ongoing training or updates provided through Tesla platform
• Following process guides including conduct and safety procedures provided through Tesla platform
• Receiving Robotaxi vehicles at the Supercharger site, which may require parking in a charging stall or tracking self-parking
• Managing charge sessions by plugging in the vehicle, monitoring for issues via the vehicle or Tesla platform, unplugging the vehicle so it can depart

• Ability to perform basic visual inspections of vehicles and report damages or issues
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and customers
• Comfortable following detailed process guides and safety procedures
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work areas
