Our client, a manufacturing and production organization, is seeking a dedicated General Labor to join their team. As a General Labor, you will be part of the production support team, assisting with various tasks to ensure smooth operations, safety, and high-quality output across the facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: General Labor

Location: Houston, TX

Pay Range: $13

Shift: Monday-Friday 6am-4:30pm with flexibility to work weekends

What's the Job?

• Assist with production, packaging, and material handling tasks
• Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished products
• Support machine operators and inspectors as needed
• Perform basic assembly, sorting, and labeling of products
• Maintain clean and organized work areas

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Previous general labor or manufacturing experience is a plus
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
