Missions

Under the hierarchical authority of the Head of the Territorial Solidarities Service, and within a management team, manage and lead the Public Support Unit of the Territorial Solidarities Service SST 9 responsible for implementing social and medico-social support for individuals and families. In this context, you are responsible for:

1. Ensuring operational management of the team, and organizing it to guarantee social and medico-social support and follow-up for individuals and families, and the designation of a journey reference
2. Ensuring the fluidity of circuits and exchanges with the Reception and Evaluation teams, and with the Management of Rights and Benefits service
3. Participating in the collective reflection on the organization of missions within the services, the methods of work and the articulations, particularly on the ways of welcoming, evaluating and accompanying the public in order to guarantee the good global care of users and the mobilization of resources; proposing agile and innovative evolutions
4. Monitoring and analyzing the activity management indicators
5. Contributing to the animation of territorial actors of solidarities (Municipalities, associations, institutional partners)
6. Assuming the interim within the management team

Profile Sought

Knowledge: Knowledge of local authorities and social and medico-social policies, of the missions of the Departments in this regard and of the current issues / debates in the field of social work, of modernization of public action. Knowledge of institutional actors of the professional environment. Know-how: Managerial experiences and capabilities. Experiences in project management and change management. Capacity for analysis, writing and synthesis. Having a globalized vision of the Department's intervention in the field of solidarities (global approach to situations). Use of professional tools, and elaboration of follow-up and synthesis tools. Know-how: Ability to animate and mobilize a team. Ability to conduct meetings. Preventing and regulating dysfunctions, risks and behavioral difficulties. Being a force of proposals. Ability to convince

Legal Basis

Art. L332-8 disposition 2 of the General Code of the Territorial Public Service - A contractual employee may be recruited for this position for the needs of the services or by the nature of the functions when no candidacy of a civil servant has been successful. The proposed contract may not exceed three years, renewable up to a maximum duration of six years.
