Insight Global is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer for a leading transportation and logistics organization. This executive will own enterprise commercial strategy and lead business development across the organization while building a dedicated Power Generation Supply Chain Logistics business. The CCO will be responsible for identifying new markets, developing strategic customer relationships, commercializing integrated logistics solutions, leading major pursuits and negotiations, and aligning commercial growth with operational capacity and profitability.

Day-to-Day: Lead enterprise business development across the organization and its subsidiaries. Build and lead a dedicated Power Generation business unit focused on profitable growth. Develop executive relationships and secure anchor customers across utilities, power producers, E&C contractors, OEMs, and energy infrastructure developers. Lead strategic pursuits, pricing, proposals, negotiations, and major contracts. Develop turnkey logistics solutions encompassing transportation, warehousing, rail operations, inventory management, and field services. Develop regional energy logistics hubs and oversee commercial infrastructure investment opportunities. Evaluate strategic alliances, acquisitions, joint ventures, and investments that expand capabilities and market reach. Establish and manage KPIs around growth, margin, backlog, pipeline, win rate, forecasting, retention, and ROI. Lead market intelligence, customer insights, positioning, communications, and go-to-market support.
