Clinic Triage Nurse

As a Clinic Triage Nurse at BJC HealthCare, you will be the first clinical point of contact for patients, providing phone and in-person triage, symptom assessment, and care prioritization across a busy ambulatory setting. Using evidence-based protocols, you’ll determine appropriate care levels, coordinate same-day or follow-up appointments, and collaborate closely with physicians and care teams. You’ll provide patient education, reinforce care plans, and support medication and test follow-up.
