Clinical Nurse Coordinator

CarePartners seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for our inpatient rehab unit to lead high-quality, patient-centered nursing care. In this role, you will coordinate daily clinical operations, supervise nursing staff, and collaborate closely with physicians and therapists to deliver individualized rehabilitation plans. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, staff scheduling and support, and ensuring regulatory and safety compliance. You will mentor team members, support quality improvement initiatives, and serve as a key resource for patients, families, and staff in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
