Your role is critical to making sure every product performs exactly as expected.What You'll DoTest coils for leaks and structural integrityInspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standardsUse testing equipment and follow standard proceduresIdentify defects and communicate issues to the teamDocument test results and maintain accurate recordsWork safely in a clean, organized environmentWork Schedule & ExpectationsWe're hiring to support our Overnight shift as we continue to grow:Overnights: Typical schedule: 7:00 PM - 5:30 AM, Monday through FridayShift assignments will be discussed during the hiring process.Overtime is common as we continue expanding our operations.We're upfront about this because the role comes with strong earning potential for those willing to contribute.What You GetCompetitive base pay (based on experience)10% night shift differential - Night Shift Only.
