Job Description

Oversee daily on-site construction work to maintain progress against project schedules. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site activities to keep work aligned across trades. Review project plans and specifications to guide field execution and resolve site questions. Monitor workmanship and site conditions to maintain project quality standards. Plan short-term work activities and communicate priorities to field teams. Track construction progress and share clear updates with project stakeholders. Identify site issues early and coordinate practical solutions that limit delays. Maintain an organized jobsite and support safe, productive daily operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Superintendent - Growing GC should have:

• Experience overseeing commercial construction activities on active jobsites.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and sequencing work across multiple trades.
• Ability to read and apply construction plans and specifications.
• Experience tracking project schedules and addressing field issues.
• Ability to monitor quality and communicate clear site updates.
• Experience planning daily and short-term construction activities.
