Direct Counsel is seeking an experienced Commercial Account Executive to join a leading national title insurance and transaction services company supporting the commercial real estate and mortgage industries. This opportunity is ideal for an established sales professional with a portable book of business and strong relationships throughout the commercial real estate industry.

Responsibilities:

• Originate and develop new commercial title insurance business through an established network of industry relationships.
• Cultivate and expand partnerships with developers, attorneys, lenders, investors, and institutional clients.
• Manage and grow an existing book of business, focusing on long-term client retention and revenue generation.
• Collaborate with underwriting and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of complex commercial real estate transactions.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand the company's presence across the region.
• Position the company as a preferred commercial title insurance partner through strategic relationship development.

• Proven success in commercial title insurance sales, with an established and portable book of business.
• Strong relationships within the commercial real estate and finance communities.
• Demonstrated track record of revenue generation and business development.
