Coordinate equipment allocation to support field operations across job sites. Manage vendor relationships (repair shops, dealerships, leasing, and fuel providers). Lead accident reporting, claims management, and driver safety initiatives.

5+ years of fleet management experience, preferably in construction. Strong knowledge of construction vehicles and equipment. Experience with DOT/OSHA compliance and telematics systems. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
