Patient Care Tech Opportunity

The organization offers a 13-week contract opportunity for a Patient Care Tech in or near Great Falls, MT, with competitive compensation and benefits, allowing the professional to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as main ER registration person, checking patients in, registering them, and obtaining vital signs.
• Assist nurses with patient care duties and administrative tasks related to patient intake.
• Help on the floor by passing trays, preparing patients for meals, and answering patient needs when ER is less busy.
• Relieve other CNAs for lunch and support staff with additional patient-care responsibilities as needed.
• Follow facility protocols and procedures accurately, demonstrating professionalism and independence in all assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years hospital experience, including small-town ER settings or floating between departments, PCT/ER registration experience, and LTC experience.
• Professional, team-player attitude; independent, proactive, flexible; comfortable following protocols without supervision; physically able to perform patient-care duties.
