Copy Supervisor- Derm (Pharma Ad Agency Experience Required)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Copy Supervisor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in copywriting, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for storytelling. As a Copy Supervisor, you will oversee the copywriting team and ensure the delivery of high-quality, engaging content that aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives.

Essential duties and responsibilities include being curious, empathetic, thoughtful, inspiring, persuasive, a team player, a go-getter, and demonstrating a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias. All other duties as assigned.

What we are looking for includes a bachelor's degree (or equivalent education plus professional experience), 5-7 years of writing experience in marketing, advertising or a related field, 2-4 years of pharmaceutical writing experience preferred, high science experience preferred (oncology, HIV, etc), a book featuring conceptual work and very smart digital executions, social experiences, out-of-home extensions and even banners, know-how for writing in a digital landscape from strategy development to banners to sites to SEO, and experience with complex projects that include internal and external account and creative teams.
