Dental Treatment Coordinator

We're currently hiring a Dental Treatment Coordinator for one of our amazing pediatric dental clients in Lomita, CA. This is a joyful, faith-driven office that puts children and families firstand needs a reliable, kind, and organized team member to join their front desk with the flexibility to support back office duties when needed. If you're passionate about helping patients feel at ease, enjoy working with insurance plans like Delta Dental, and know your way around accounts and EOBsthis could be the perfect fit!

What You'll Do:

• Greet patients warmly and manage the front desk with professionalism
• Present treatment plans and go over financials with parents/guardians
• Verify insurance coverage and track authorizations
• Collaborate with remote billing partners via GetVWire
• Use Lassie for EOB postings and support follow-ups
• Assist in the back office when needed (e.g., seating patients, sterilization, room turnover)

Requirements:

• Current State Pocket License
• High School Diploma
• Experience with EagleSoft Weave Patient Communication Software
• Minimum 1 year of dental office experience (pediatric preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of Delta Dental and other insurance providers
• Experience with EOBs, billing, and basic account management
• Familiarity with platforms like Eaglesoft
• Willingness to support a faith-based team and mission

• Monday: 9-5
• Tuesday: 9-5
• Wednesday: 9-5
• Thursday: 9-5
• Friday: 9-5
• Saturday: Closed
• Sunday: Closed
• 1 month Wed Anesthesia 7:15-5
