Dietetic Technician (DTR)

Coordinate resident nutrition services in a senior living community, including nutritional screening, meal planning, menu certification, food preference documentation, and care-plan interventions. Collaborate with the registered dietitian, dining staff, and clinical care team to support residents’ nutritional needs, food safety, and regulatory requirements.
