Responsibilities include:

• Develop a restaurant culture based on growth and team members and leaders with a hospitality vision.
• Responsible for maintaining and improving an extraordinary experience for customers in the restaurant.
• Manage, develop, and supervise a team of team members and leaders.
• Help in scheduling team members.
• Supervise team speed, customer service, and accuracy.
• Continuously reinvent processes and procedures to increase efficiency and improve the customer experience.
• Strictly comply with company policies and procedures.
• Require team members to adhere to policy standards: punctuality, appearance, food safety, etc.
• Participate in weekly director meetings.
• Lead weekly meetings with other restaurant leaders.

Requirements:

• Willing and able to work flexible hours
• Ability to lift and carry between 10 and 65 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Position is based on a 45-hour weekly work schedule
