Required Skills & ExperienceMANDATORY: Registered Nurse plus no less than five years of nursing experience. Experience in Nursing Management, Nursing Education preparation or experience in teaching and learning principles including administration. Broad knowledge of the budget process. Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

SPECIAL LICENSE: Must have current unencumbered Oregon and Idaho Registered Nurse (RN) licenses with all adult immunizations, titers and be CPR certified.

Nice to Have Skills & ExperiencePREFERRED: PhD. in Nursing and three years as a nurse educator or administrator of a nursing education program. Or Master's degree in Nursing plus no less than five years of nursing experience. Experience in curriculum/ program develop experience. Ability to become approved OSBN Nursing Director. Multilingual (English and Spanish)

Job Description: A client of Insight Global is seeking a qualified nursing director. This position will oversee the planning, organizing and supervising of the Allied Health and Medical program. They will oversee the degree nursing programs, CNA program, along with others to ensure alignment to the college mission & priorities. Pay Rate: $111k
