Director of Surgical Services

Community hospital looking to bring on Director Surgical Services! Sign On Bonus and Relocation!

Responsible for directing, coordinating, and controlling all aspects of the operating functions, processes, and staff of the facility while demonstrating the primary goal of efficiently providing surgical services that exceed customer expectations and improve clinical and financial operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Management or related field, or equivalent minimum experience requirements.
• 5+ years experience in nursing management in a hospital setting
• 3+ years supervisory experience required
• Certifications For Wound Care - WOCN preferred
